As an accounting major, you'll develop the ability to analyze and solve fiscal problems and find work in nearly every industry.

When you choose to major in accounting, you can look forward to an exciting, intensive course of study and a head start on a career. You also have the option of choosing an accelerated program that allows you to earn a bachelor's degree and a Master of Accountancy in as few as four years.

What You’ll Study

You'll learn about generally accepted financial reporting principles; how to determine costs, prepare budgets and measure business unit performance; the U.S. regulatory framework around financial reporting/auditing; ethical dilemmas faced by accountants; accounting issues associated with international business activities; and how technology is used in the industry.
